ALLYSON RANDALL
Allyson Randall is an independently licensed clinician and has been with Small Steps since 2017 following her graduation from New Mexico Highlands University with a dual degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of New Mexico in Family Studies.
Allyson is currently trained to provide services including Circle of Security Parenting, Cooperative Coparenting, Parent Management Training for caregivers whose children are diagnosed with ADHD and individual therapy aimed at Maternal Mental Health. Allyson is also trained in the Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC) framework to provide services to children and caregivers from a trauma-informed lens and has considerable training in play therapy approaches.
Allyson is a compassionate and empathetic clinician who is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to children and their caregivers. With a strong focus on creating a safe and nurturing environment, she is committed to helping individuals navigate their emotional challenges and foster growth and connection. She is dedicated to empowering children and their caregivers, equipping them with practical tools and coping strategies to navigate life's obstacles.
